Hi, I’m a disabled Gulf war veteran. I have in excess of about 200 books. Most are in excellent condition and are mainly Fantasy novels for teens and over. I am trying to save up for a new mobility scooter so I was wondering how I could go about selling my books to you. Most are really good authors and some are full artist collections. I await you reply. thanks Charles Hilton.

I have a lot of large print books that my mother reads. They are in excellent condition as she is the only one who has read them. The library near me does not want them. My question is do you buy these kind of books? novels, fiction, romance, mystery, suspense, etc. Iwould appreciate it if you can let me know if you buy these books or if you know anyone that would buy them from me.

I have approximately 80 paperbacks (read once) and several hardcover fiction books. The greater majority of the books are in excellent condition and like brand new. I would like to sell them as we are planning on moving and will have no room for them. Could you please advise me as to how to sell these to you or if you are interested. Thank you.

I’ve scanned many of my beloved books using your app, NONE of which you are “currently” buying. This is disheartening and a waste of time. I’ve not found one book in my collection thus far that you are buying. Is there criteria? Otherwise, your service is a waste of time to use.

    Hi everyone,

Thank you for your feedback. Although this post is regarding selling used fiction books, we actually focus on the college textbook market primarily. Non-textbooks, or what we call “trade” books, have lost a great amount of their value due to the trade book industry moving towards the ebook platforms. The Kindle being the leader of those platforms.

Our Android and iPhone mobile apps have barcode scanners built into them to quickly scan a handful of your trade books or college textbooks to see if we are buying.

Also, we only buy books in the United States at this time. And, we do not buy collectibles or antiques, but we do have a suggestion: A good starting point is the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of America (ABAA). To obtain its free directory of 461 booksellers, call (212) 944-8291 or visit online at

    Thank you,
